Trying to update to Sync 3.4 and everything is telling me that it works but nothing in my truck is changing and it still shows im on sync 3.0. Am i missing something?

Hard to say without information, we are missing the Syn3updater log as requested by the template:

That’s just a file name and is an interrogator log file name, so that tells me you didn’t update and just ran the interrogator log which produced such file.

Time for you to read the instructions: Basic Usage - CyanLabs

Or provide the actual Syn3updater log for the USB created and will take it from there.
