Nothing when updating from 3.0 to 3.4

I have a 2016 f150 xlt with navigation
When i plug in my usb into my truck it says updating software for over a hour.
I then get a message saying its finish, it restarts, but reboots with absolutely no changes. It still shows that it is still on 3.0. If i keep the usb in this just keeps repeating
Any help to fix this is really appreciated

Do you have a error message, if so what is it?
Just stays stuck updating and keeps restarting

Sorry, where can i find the usb log?

Logs Tab - CyanLabs, but also is copied to the generated USB.

It’s a good time to start reading the documentation, at the very least the Basic Usage - CyanLabs section .
