I’m new to Sync3 updater process. I read where you select your “single” Nav region for your area, but at that point I get to select regions, it offers several for NA, i.e. Southwest, North East, etc. My question is, do I select all the “NA” regions, or will that be too much memory for my module? (I read something about “size” of your module possibly 8gb, I wouldn’t know how to find?)
I know I have Nav, & truck equipped with 502a package
SYNC Region: NA
Navigation Variant: Nav
Manufacturer Year: Pre MY20
Install Type: OEM
Old SYNC Version: 3.3
New SYNC Version: 3.3
Do you have a error message, if so what is it?
No CyanLabs attempt yet
If your vehicle has NAV from the factory, why are you even looking into a cutdown nav package?. Do not do that ,follow the guide and install the whole NAV package for your region.
Forgive my lack of understanding; I believed I was required to choose the region/s as I was simply following directions on Cyanlabs during preparation for download to the flash drive.
Isn’t the Cyanlabs Sync3 updater separate from & completely replaces the Ford Sync system?
