Potential Memory issue

This a very different is very different compaired to to sync 3 support
I have tried to post several times to post to the Sync 3 support and it failed
Here goes nothing.
Will it work?

Nope once again it does not work.

Oops! That page doesn’t exist or is private.

The point was to post your issue here and then I or another mod would move it to workaround whatever issue you are having.

2 years ago with Cyanlabs software I upgraded a 2016 F150 and a 2019 Edge. Both worked well with zero issues until recently. Both have OEM navigation.

About 2 months ago the Edge started resetting the audio to on when starting the car. About 3 weeks ago the screen started going blank when starting the car.

The volume and next button reset the screen.

Could this be software or do I need 2 new APIMs?

The old sync version I started with is not available Can I use the Ford upgrade method?

What version are the vehicles running ?

CyanLabs Syn3Updater 2.11.8.0 Stable - reformat Mode - Sync 3.4.22251 NA

If none of those methods work, we do not have anything else to recommend at the moment.

I would like to thank both Scott and SaNdMan.
They pointed the way and searches on this site for Error Code:INST_ERR12 and Error Code: PKG_ERR04 resolved my Sync3 issues.
