I have just updated to Sync 3.4.2035, all is good apart from I have lost alot of my radio logo’s since the update which were there before! Any ideas or links to resolve this ?
This worked for me
20351 should use the newer logo package which is AF

Hi, thanks for that, is this a windows download as when i try to download this i get a file called ‘station logos new.img’ file (Disk image) on my Mac ? and cant do anything with it.

Don’t unzip the file. To install the file, simply place it on a usb and insert into the vehicle just like a normal update. The file is about 62MB, so a small flash drive will work fine.

This installation will be run identically to an app file install. Follow the instructions below:
a. Create a USB drive (format as EXFAT) with a SyncMyRide folder.
b. Copy the file downloaded above into the SyncMyRide folder.
c. In the root of the USB is the autoinstall.lst and DONTINDX.MSA files which you can obtain from any upgrade you have previously performed.
d. You will need to edit the autoinstall.lst file so it looks like the example below.
[SYNCGen3.0_ALL]
Item1 = 1U5T-14G658-AF_1598633324000.TAR.GZ
Open1 = SyncMyRide\1U5T-14G658-AF_1598633324000.TAR.GZ
Options = Autoinstall
Insert USB in vehicle and wait for the installation to complete.

Does Sync3updater work with a Mac ?

The ‘autoinstall.Ist’ file do i change that to ‘Autoinstall.Ist’ or just ‘Autoinstall’ or ‘autoinstall’

Is there any previous characters prior ERR05?
Post the contents of your autoinstall.lst file.
PS: I’ve just noted your autoinstall.lst file has a date 7 days back
