Radio sound is rough after update to.3.4

I have updated my escape 2017 from sync 3 to 3.4 the latets version. Everything seems to work ok but the radio sounds horrible. I have incluided the maps because the car came originally with navigation. I have read that i might download the same version but without maps. Now my question is maybe stupid but if i do it my car wont have satellite navigation anymore ? Can i fix the error keeping the maps?

This is odd, have you master reset?.
Audio does not come from the APIM but the ACM.
