Do you have a paid version of Forscan? You are using the 2.3 version so I am thinking you dont.
For calibration updates you need a paid license and the 2.4 versions.

I do have the paid version; I probably need to update it.
Otherwise, I just programmed an ABT file that F150Chef provided me a few months ago, and the radar icon is back. The only problem is that the guidance system that shows the direction and the rear limit is no longer active on the screen…
You should update the PAM to version -CL.
You need to drive the vehicle for a bit for the system to relearn for the guidelines…
Excuse me for bothering you, but how should I proceed?
You get the Forscan 2.4 version and it will show calibration updates. You update the module and pray it solves your problem.
If you wanting a step by step it’s not going to happen.
Okay, apparently Forscan 2.4 is not available for OBDlink EX, does it work with vgate vLinker FS OBD2 USB?
FORScan is adapter independent. Actually the VLinker is no longer recommended for use by FORScan, the recommended adapter is the OBDLink USB model.
