Says updating, but not changing

Hello! So i updated my sync 3 system and when i updated it from 3.0 to 3.4 it keeps saying navigation fault. So i download the 2020 maps onto a usb and am trying to update it, but I’ve been sitting here for 20 minutes and it keeps saying “updating system software” but isn’t taking me to actual screen when its implementing the update. I’m a little lost on what to do.

So update, it actually did do something but now it looks like this

Try the other USB port.

Straight NA maps with no reformat takes about 75 minutes to install with a good USB.
