You can try disconnecting the battery for about 10-15 minutes and see if that resets the SCCM systems when reconnected.

Do the volume controls on the panel below the Sync unit work for volume, etc.?

Do you have Forscan and an OBD adapter?.
Is the car stock?, these updates should not interfere with anything stock.

For the FORScan changes:
Did you change anything from C1MCA to CGEA?
What change did you make for the climate?
Do you have the original APIM asbuilt for the vehicle?

If you can post your APIM asbuilt maybe there is something that needs attention. You might try reloading the entire OEM APIM asbuilt to see if the steering wheel controls return.

The message of 'Installation in Progress" should go away after 2 ignition cycles as long as the car in run long enough for the navigation to finish the map parsing (or whatever it needs to do). This is not uncommon. If it persists, then it might need to be looked at.

Also check the “CAN Steering wheel control switches” in 7D0-01-01 since that is the main option for steering wheel controls and the 3.0 software doesn’t care as much about these settings as the 3.4 does. Especially check that one with the resistor ladder controls in some vehicles.

Also I checked the 7D0-01-01 and it has a right numbers (code)
Especially check that one with the resistor ladder controls in some vehicles. How can I check this?

Can you post your APIM asbuilt? It’s probably just a setting.

You could try reloading the APIM asbuilt completely and then performing a master reset on the APIM. FORScan will say there is nothing to program, but program the info anyways. Sometimes this clears up odd settings due to the updates. May or may not help…

Hello Friend I made the changes Change that to 6A:
6A=EP On, EPT 60mins, CM BCM (C1MCA and CGEA 1.3), MC Disabled, SWC SWMT
or 6B:
6B=EP On, EPT 60mins, CM BCM (C1MCA and CGEA 1.3), MC Disabled, SWC SWFC but didn’t worked. So, as a last option I reload the original APIM and finaly WORKED. Thank you all for the support
