Syn3 Updater Doesn't have Sync 3.10.16180 as an option

I have a 2015 Ford Focus ST3 and I’m trying to update Sync with Syn3 Updater, however it doesn’t have Sync 3.10.16180 as an option to upgrade from. I want to upgrade to 3.4.

What do I need to do to update Sync to 3.4 from this version?

From a quick google search seems this is SYNC 2 v3.10.16180 not SYNC 3
