Syn3Updater 2.14.2 problem

Syn3Updater 2.14.2 detects my APIM as MY20. Vehicle is a 2018 Ford Kuga with Sync 3.0.18025. Interrogator XML shows HL1T-14G380-CB and about 1 GB RAM. Is this detection correct?

Dear SaNdMaN,

Thank you very much for your help.

I would like justo to ask one question i fyou can explain to me.

How this is possible because, yes, I bought a used car but only one previously holder of the car, and in all service reports I didnt see that this part was replaced. Car is produce in 2018.

Thank you once again.

Yep, you can. Attach it or just drag it into the text box while writing a new one.

PS: do not post consecutive messages, use the edit button instead. I’ve merged your messages.

I’m not sure about that, the interrogator is pretty clear.

APIM Model: JR3T-14G371-FFB
APIM Type: Navigation
APIM Size: 64GB
APIM Free Space: 15G

It’s MY20, 64GB EU unit.

Hey, I said

Key word: consecutive, that is one message followed to another message with more details… in that case, you just edit the message and add the information if there’s no other message after that…

Now that we are “talking” to each other, it’s ok to post new messages…

I think you should ask that question to the previous owner, but the interrogator does not lie. Maybe he swapped it for some other reason, who knows. That’s the thing with used cars, you can’t really say what’s been serviced. Or maybe he didn’t know, maybe they swapped it without telling him/her…

But the bottom line is that’s MY20 and you can’t reformat it.

Hi,

Regarding the consecutive messages, sorry, but I learned something new today

And also thank you very much regarding the APIM info.
I wish you a nice rest of the weekend.

Kind regards!!!

Thanks, you too.
