And does it have to be out of an F150? What numbers should I be looking for on the module to make sure it’s compatible/has maps?

The unit can be virtually out of any Ford or Lincoln model. However, you will want a late-J or K series unit. The part numbers will start with J or K. (Or 3 or 4 for the Lincoln versions.) Note: You are looking for a 14G371 number, this is the actual APIM. The 370 number is an assembly number for an installation in a vehicle. Manufacturer date should be 2018 or 2019.
