Sync 3.0 17276 cant update

Hi, I have Sync 3.0 17276 and can’t update. i try newest update and another older version(3.4.22251 and 3.3.19052),both region USA, EU, etc. All the time i have popup “Installation paused
The USB storage device has been changed or removed. Installation will resume when the device is re-inserted.”
Try another usb stick, try disconnect battery, master reset.
No DTCs in APIM

If you search the forums for “installation paused”, you will find A LOT of threads with your exact case, even with the same build number you have.

None of them were resolved, they had to change the APIM.

So perform the search, read those threads for all the suggestions they tried and try them yourself.

If none of those work (which sadly is expected), you will have to change the APIM, since the conclusion was that there was something wrong with the APIM (hardware failure).

In those cases, they could not even run an interrogator log.

Also use a higher end USB stick and not a generic one.
