Hi, i’ve just tried to update my sync 3.0 to 3.4. Firstly it started great and was working. After 20 minutes or so the update showed a green screen and then gave the notification please insert usb drive. I’ve waited for 45 minutes but the notification won’t go away and the flash drive doesn’t get any power. Has anyone had this before and how can I fix it? The screen won’t turn off and it’s draining the battery now.
