I am new here and just got my focus mk4 updated from Sync 3.3 to 3.4.20196
However I found two issues from my end :
1. Navigation is out of work
->I guess itās related to the wrong map version because the map looks like for China only, not for Taiwan (Yes, I come from Taiwan)
2. Cannot get into āBezel Diagnosticsā after updated to Sync 3.4
Originally it works in Sync 3.3 following the step : Hold Skip Track on the stereo and Skip Track on the steering wheel for around 10 seconds.
Is it possible to fix the Navigation issue or does someone know where to download Taiwan Navigation map and install in my Focus MK4?

If you could provide me with the VIN number of your vehicle and a link to the Ford website that provides your country with maps, I will look to see if the correct maps are available. Please private message your VIN to me if you are happy.
On the second point, please carry out a master reset and see it works.

I downloaded the maps (remark, maps for Sync 3.3) from Taiwan Ford website and installed in Sync 3.4.
Then rooting the system twice and the navigation is back 
Moreover Bezel Diagnostics is available as well.

I have updated to 20196. How do I only update MAP without reformatting?
New user hereā¦ Successfully updated a 2019 Lincoln MKT (USA) from 3.0 to 3.4.20196. Noticing a couple small issues:
- SiriusXM the album art isnāt displayed however I have channel logos on the screen. Gracenotes says itās installed and running 1.1.1.1332 (NA-0010)
- When browsing the menu, the tiles are skewed to the right a small amount overlapping into the next page. Is this normal?

is this the last EU 09/2020 card? If so, the files look the same as when creating the key with reformatting? can i take back the same and just replace the autoinstall?

Ac button has a bug ( the old bug- when is on on Sync is off and when is off on the sync 3 is on)
Maps is great!
Radio is sonds more powerfull!

There is a fix for this but only with editing of the software, which can only be done with a hardware flash reader.

The tiles being offset is normal, itās been this way for a while.
The artwork for SiriusXM is really hit and miss. Remember the Gracenotes file youāre using is from 2017 also. There is no update. Others have stated it start working after a few days or after the SiriusXM is sent a refresh signal.

Thanksā¦ just noticed another issue after loading the package. Enable mobile apps is Greyed out and Iām not able to connect to the phone via usb to select/add apps. This worked fine in 3.0. Thoughts?
If you have not done a Master Reset since the upgrade, then do that. Remove your phone and then add it once Sync is up and running again. It is a good practice to always do a Master Reset after changes or updates to Sync.
Did a master reset right after upgrade and just did another. Now The Lincoln Way app shows up when running on phone but nothing else doesā¦ I.e. Waze
Did you enable location and permissions for the apps in Sync? Itās a newer menu nowā¦under Settings > Apps or something like that. Iām not familiar with how to get Waze to work, but I thought you need to have the phone plugged in USB for that.
Waze has a SYNC app and also an app that works through CarPlay/Android Auto. I usually always run my maps through CarPlay as it is smoother running off my phone than through the SYNC unit.
