I have tried to upgrade Sync 3, already upgraded to 3.4.19101 to 3.4.20237. The screen showed the message updating… Then even after 1.5 hour nothing happened. Before aborting, I tried removing USB to see if device is still fetching files from it, but no error message shown. Is it just the case that update is taking this much time?
Additional info : Ford Ecosport | ROW | No Map

hello community, i´ve found the reasson why frontcam not working anymore after cynlabs update: Rear Camera Split View (Multi Camera) in APIM is a new sektion or i don´t see it before. This option was on disabled and the reasson why the front cam not work.
The modifcation can do easyly with forscan in APIM

Updated to most recent version 3.4.20237.
The skip track button is still an issue.
I also could not get my Android Auto to work with this version.
Anybody else also experience Android Auto not working?

Register a new account when done installing. Log in. Do your VIN and it should download.
It will request a USB before software download. Once done just insert the USB into the USB port and it should start updating. Remember to run the engine for this process.
Most of the time Android Auto issues are related to permissions between the head unit and the phone. When you update (phone or sync) the identification of the updated component might change slightly. Best thing is to de-authorize the head unit in AA and connect again, making sure to follow the prompts on the phone screen and accept all permission requests.

Found the issue. Replaced the cable and all is working again. It’s silly that the Android Auto app was changed in Android 10
How do you turn off Gracenotes in 20237? There used to be a Media Player option in 3.0 under Settings, but now it’s gone.
I still have that option located under Media Player settings, in 20237

Hello there, I’ve been using 20196 for a few months now without any problems until yesterday when my reverse sensors stop working or showing in the screen, I have no reverse camera in my 2018 fiesta titanium but I do have de proximity sensor and now when I put reverse there is a sound like an alarm but is not showing the car with the sensor or any sound of proximity, does anybody know if this is something related to sync or is something else , thanks
