UPDATE: Definitely an issue during the transition to and from Daylight and Nightime modes, it flickers faintly for a few seconds before it settles. This wasn’t an issue in the previous version, well at least I wasn’t aware of it. The day is very overcast, it doesn’t happen on start up when the day is bright or nightime… just that grey period in between the two.
Known issue with certain cars, bet you have a Kuga or Focus?

Figured, it’s very minor and not really an issue, wouldn’t have bothered about it other than the fact it might help in the future, other than that more than happy with the upgrade 
I am having trouble updating to 20351. I am currently on 20196 ROW (india). Screen just stays at “updating system software” forever. Not sure what i am missing.

Hello everyone. I got updated from 3.4.20282 and everything works fine except my USB hub was unrecognized. I am aware that I had and old USB hub since I got a 2016 ford escape titanium 2.0 with North America navigation region. Hopefully all type/version of USB hubs (old and new) will be compatible on the next update. Otherwise, I might replace it with a new one.
Nevertheless, all is good and thank you very much Cyanlabs and more power!

Continuing the discussion from Sync 3.4.20351 - Feedback & Issues:
Updated from ROW 20282 to 20351. Compared to the previous one, the whole interface is slightly more responsive. I can switch between the tabs much quicker. Also Android Auto loads faster compared to previous version. Didn’t noticed any clipping issues.

You will need to change to the newer hub if you want to use CarPlay. AA will continue to work but you will keep seeing the message.

Do you have any other USB connected to any other port?
If so, make sure only the Cyanlabs drive is connected to the car.
If still does not work, try using another drive.

I am also planning to install this release. Do you mind to kindly help me to answer the three questions?
- Currently I have the build 20136 installed. Is it correct that SynUpdater says it is a ‘downgrade’?
- It says model year 2020 is not support. My S-Max was built in 07/2019. That’s model year 2020 or still 2019? It was one of the last cars with the ‘old’ system without the new connectivity functions (remote start, App/Smartphone usage, and so on)
- Does anyone notice an issue with the front camera? I think this was an issue in previous versions (it wasn’t recognize)?!

No, as per all the documentation this will work fine.
I’ve upgraded from 237 to 351 and all is working well. Haven’t master reset, will do this upcoming weekend.
not a massive need to master reset if not using a reformat install

I also upgraded from sync 3.3 to sync 3.4
I have 2 cars and both seem to have some issues with 3.4
S-max vignale (2017):
- Navi way off: sometimes when i start the car and drive, the navi current positions seems to be off by some 200 meters… after driving some mileage the correct position of the vehicle is found and navi again shows driving on a road and not somewhere in a field…
Transit Custom limited (2019):
- Navi card settings changing: I have set my navi card displaying as Heading up and disabled Breadcrumbs. After some engine starts the nave changes this back to North always up and Breadcrumbs enabled !
For both cars: since i live in Belgium we are used to have an Azerty keyboard, when searching a poi/address/… in the navi, it is possible to set the keyboard to Azerty/belgium… howevery this setting is only kept als long as the system is powered on, after power cycle this is again set back to qwerty !
Any info for those issues?
I already did a reset on both, but this did not fix it.
