Sync 3.4.22110 & 2021 Maps - Feedback & Issues

Not going to happen unfortunately

This sounds like an annoying problem, but since nobody seems to be mentioning anything about it, maybe it just sounds worse than it is? Is it just a visual bug or super rare?

When you turn the ignition off and open the door Sync shuts down. When you start the vehicle again the clock shows properly.

You are wrong!

Anyone should use the only language worth to speak.

ISO 639-3 [bar] – “Bairisch”

The only problem with it, this stupid FORD guys live north of the line dividing the higher life forms from the lower life forms – “Bayerisch-Österreichische Hegemonielinie”. So they do not understand highly developed languages and use low level languages like ISO 639-3 [deu] in their cars instead.

BTW, could Syn3 Updater be altered that someone could choose the language that is used after a reformat and doesn’t end up in a wrong language, that has to be changed after.

An example of the stupidity of the lower life forms.

My C-Max “Titanium” with almost complete equipment (only DAB+ is missing) including trailer hitch, has been a company car that I bought after three quarters of a year with 4500 kilometers. The original owner was so stupid not to order the DAB+ radio for 250 euros, but he ordered the all season tires for 350 euros. What kind of moron was that? With the standard tires and rim of the “Titanium” equipment you are not allowed to use anti-skid chains. “Winter tires” without the possibility of chains on, no one needs, except perhaps someone with an IQ < 5. When I drive away from my home, I am after a little less than an hour at the first barrier that can be closed in case of avalanche danger and right next to a folding sign that prescribes the use of chains if necessary. A few kilometers further in Austria or South Tyrol it becomes really expensive if one has not put on chains and doesn’t or can’t do it. By the way, even in summer, in the Alps it snows even in June or July, you just have to be high enough.

So it’s primarily an engineering problem, you don’t design vehicles where you can’t put chains on the standard tires of an equipment line, no matter which one. After all, these things are called anti-skid chains and not snow chains, as many people mistakenly say. The things also help on ice or slippery, rain-soaked ground in the summer.

As a buyer, you can only know this, of course, if you read the operating instructions before configuration. That’s why I won’t tell you which company the maniac works for, I’ll just give you the address - Henry-Ford-Straße 1, 50735 Köln - not everyone is familiar with the technical specifications of Ford vehicles.

And then you just order “winter tires” that you can not use, which is why you then buy an extra set and burn with the pseudo winter tires in the summer unnecessary gasoline, which costs almost nothing.

You can post this in the Lounge but not in this thread as it is off topic. Interesting though

This isn’t about language in car this is about coming to a English community and speaking your own language. That’s like going to a different country and demand everyone speaks your language. It’s rude. And regardless not allowed here. Translate your message to English (keep your original version if you wish) also it’s bad for SEO and reachability of content from search engines.

Hi, this is the second time I’m updating. The first time went smoothly with no issues going from 3.0 to 3.4.
Tried today to update to 3.4.22110, followed install steps and after around 15 mins I get this message on the screen. What I’m I doing wrong here?

Try a different USB drive and USB port.
Make sure no other device is connected.

Thank you for the feedback.
Can you tell us which USB did you use?, like brand, capacity and if it’s 2.0 or 3.0.
Many of the issues like that are caused by “cheap” low quality USB devices, we always recommend using quality brands pendrives (not disks)

Hi, it’s a Toshiba 32gb. I’m guessing it’s 3.0 but I’ve had it awhile? It worked fine for me last time I updated and this time on the second attempt. It must have been something to do with the initial download to the usb.
I reformatted it and downloaded the update to it again and it worked perfectly.

It seems the NaviExtras are 3.2.21230

The new package is versioned as 3.2.21336

I am from Taiwan,The model is Ford’s 2019 Focus MK4, with navigation.
After the update to 3.4.22110, I found following change in behavior from :
The car’s bluetooth often fails to connect to the mobile phone
(Need to reset to connect, but sometimes not needed)

If you simultaneously use a smart watch, then it and Sync are simultaneously connected to the phone. Place your watch in airplane mode, Bluetooth works fine.

I just updated to the 3.4.22110, i did two master resets and everything works except my travel link, it took 40 mins to update the system the AA works just fine, SirusXM works as always phone connected with no problem and so far system is working great
thank you F150chief for all of your help, you guys are the best
