Sync 3.4 Build 23188 - No Carplay!?

I updated my SYNC system using cyanlabs to version 3.4 Build 23188 and everything works fine. I recently went to use CarPlay and it doesn’t work or recognise my phone? Any ideas how I can get it working? My iPhone is 17 Pro running latest iOS.

SYNC Region: EU

Navigation Variant: Nav

Manufacturer Year: Pre MY20

Install Type: OEM

Old SYNC Version: 3.0.23219

New SYNC Version: 3.4.23188

Do you have a error message, if so what is it?
No error message

Did you change the USB hub?

I honestly do not understand the idea behind using ? in a statement that’s not a question… I’m sure you are not asking us that…

Did CP work before upgrading? Do you have a message saying something about a HUB? Have you master reset?

@SaNdMaN Yes, CarPlay worked fine before I updated the system to 3.4.

@F150Chief No I didn’t change the USB hub. My fiesta is a UK 2018 Titanium model and the USB port is part of the centre console.
