Hello,
After successfully updated to 3.4.20351 i decided to downgrade to version 3.3
But during the extracting Gracenote i have red screen with the above error

I tried to re-create flash drive with Downgrade and Reformat, same issue
After i turn the car on it keep showing the installation screen

Do you have any advice ?

After i remove Gracenote installation, the process went through and successfully rolled back to version 3.3

Is it necessary that i need Gracenote ?
and possible to install separately ?

Gracenotes is not necessary. You can install it separately. Here is some resources to read:

You can’t go back to Sync 3.0 after upgrading to Sync 3.2+ (3.2, 3.3, 3.4).
The dealer probably will never notice.
