I had to figure it all out on my own. I’m a new user to CyanLabs and their tech support was no help whatsoever. I just became a Ford Sync guru over night. I succeusffuly have the highest update version on my APIM. Everything is working flawlessly! Thanks for assiting with all the info F150Chief, appreciate it.
