Hey there, Would be grateful and/or pay if anyone can help me solve this issue. Thank you in advance! I purchased a Sync 3 Upgrade from a US based online vendor who promised all kinds of tech support, but alas, now they will not respond. Anyway, I upgraded a 2015 Ford Focus SE with the 4" small screen and button style radio to the 8" screen and obviously added the Sync 3 APIM from this vendor.
