DAB logos are stored on the Sync unit in a DAB Logo file specifically. They have the same issues with missing logos all the time. Here’s a few results from this forum…
There is DAB in Poland, but my car is probably not equipped.
For North America:
FM and HD radio logos are entirely up to the stations broadcasting.
SiriusXM logos are contained in the Sync software, but Sirius also updates logos OTA.
DAB is mostly EU only. There is no DAB in the US, at least in this context.
Calm screen can be enabled with FORScan. It is not an option available thru the Sync menus. Being you have a 2018 Explorer, your APIM might need a firmware update to enable it anyways.

I did one after install as per instructions. Everything else is working, FM is working with station logos etc.
I can tell you that the 2018 NA (North American) ACM you have will not display the channel logos described above other than the SiriusXM logos. It is too old. You need a later 2019 ACM to get these functions.
This is correct for the earlier ACM’s. We don’t have DAB with traffic support in the US, unfortunately.
I and others in the community have tried to retro fit the later 2019 ACM’s to our earlier vehicles without success so far. It appears there is something different in the SDL communica…
