Okay its my turn… a few days ago I upgraded my 2017 f150 with no nav from 2.2 to 3.0 with fords directions. I found out I can get into the 3.4 with the help of Cyanlabs but I am struggling. I have 4 USB ports on my desktop and I have tried all of them as well as 5 different USBs. Everytime before I can even get the USB back into the truck the download aborts after 2 attempts listed below happens. If I need a specific USB can someone point me in the right direction for it. You left out the most important part of the log.
Post the full log, it’s easier than sending all the logs than editing it.
Log folder is empty after it aborts. So I copied the last time I ran it right before it aborts… I must be doing something wrong. How is this?

By folder you mean the one on your computer where logs should be located?.
If so, let me ask you this:
A) what kind of USB device are you using?
B) do you have enough free space on your main disk for the download to proceed?.

My checksum matches fine so either your internet or your azure end point is having issues.
Internet seems fine, i will have to look into what azure end point is.

I just tested and found the US Azure sites are well under 100ms.
@bbenjamin21 Maybe clear your computer and internet caches and make sure your Windows disk is not over 85% full.
Azura speed test is around 175ms for me.
@F150Chief I cleared my internet caches and my windows disk has 375gb free space out of 464gb.
Do you guys think its the Azure? If so is this something I just need to wait out?

It seems it’s failing BEFORE creating the USB, right?
I believe so, after it aborts there is nothing on the USB.

Have you checked the folder you configured to receive the files?, any files there?
yes there is. Three different files. Looking at the times they are probably all from different times of me trying…

Bingo.
If your browser can’t access a file on the internet, surely Syn3updater won’t either.
So either something is wrong with your internet or computer that’s preventing you from accessing that file.
ugh okay. Not sure how to go about this but I will start by calling my internet provider… Thank you for helping me get this far.

One quick way for you to test it would be using your mobile as hotspot.
You do not need to download the file (I’m not sure if you have unlimited data on your mobile), but if it starts downloading then you would know it’s something related to your cabled connection.
