Sync 3 Update Failed Leading To Issues

The car is a 2015 F150 xl orignally with a sync 1 and I swapped it to a sync 3 and everything was working fine, I went to update the sync 3 and after pluggin in the usb to update for like 2 minutes the screen went black and then a hour passed and I tried staring the screen it wouldn’t start, I tried many things from rebooting the APIM to creating a reformat and many other solutions from help from ai (A lot of methods, A lot) the usb doesn’t work the screen is black, using Forscan I can connect to the APIM and configure it and it reads normally, there is not DTCs on the APIM, Please help me.

Since you have forscan, share the APIM model.

The module listing says just Sync3 for the APIM? Share a screenshot…

I can’t at the moment but yes the warning it usually gives before entering the module configuration

I do not know what you mean, you do not need to enter the configuration to see the module’s model, like any other module on the car (BCM, ACM…)

Review Forscan and once you get the APIM model (PN contains 14G371 in the middle), share it with us. Or unmount the unit and share a picture of the sticker on its back.

Ok I will try to get that done, how can I do it through for scan?

APIM JR3T-14G371-BJD is MY20, you can’t reformat MY20 hardware as clearly warned, so you killed it by reformatting it.
