I need help, after update sync 3 on latest version my screen is blank.
Master reset doesn´t work.

As requested by the template, provide the log of the USB you used.
But since you have a black screen and your vehicle is 2021, it seems you have just bricked your unit.
Either way, post your logs.

That’s not what I asked, that’s an interrogator log.
From that, the part number for the APIM is 5U5T-14G371-GMD.
What we need to see is your syn3updater log.
It’s on the USB’s root, or in the computer you used to create the USB.

Unless you erased it, you must have it.
Check syn3updater, the LOGs tab.
Here is the deal: your APIM is MY20.
If the log says you attempted a reformat or downgrade to update maps, then the unit is DEAD.
But I need to see the log to confirm that.
Right now, based on your description, I’m 90% certain this is the case.

You didn’t use Syn3updater at any point?.
If you didn’t, upload the contents of the USB Ford Provided you.
Specially the autoinstall.lst file, or any other .lst file on the USB’s root.
