Hello! I am new to this website and I’m trying to update my Sync3 3.0 to 3.4. I used Syn3 Updater v2.0 to format my USB drive, but every time I insert the drive into my vehicle I get a pop up saying that “The USB storage device has been changed or removed. Installation will resume when the device has been re-inserted.”
This was the only feed I could find with this specific problem. I have tried using seven different USB drives, old and new, 2.0 and 3.0. I have tried resetting my Sync3, but nothing seems to be working. I currently have Sync3 3.0 Build 17276 and I can’t even get my car to update to the Ford released update of 19205. I am attaching a few pictures to show you, any help would be greatly appreciated.
My vehicle is a 2018 Ford EcoSport SE with version Sync 3 3.0 Build 17276, North America region, USA.
