can i update map only? with cyanlab?

Hello.
I believe that’s the 2019 restyling, I do not believe they are selling you a 2019 produced model as 2024. You can check the APIM part number to make sure, it should be MY20, so treat it as MY20 (so no reformat).

EU maps are not ESN locked so you can autoinstall them, it will take you a lot of time though, but you can do it. It will take 3 reboots and about 2-3 hours.

If you want to control it better you may edit the autoinstall.lst file so that a single segment is processed, then switch to the next one…

So in europe it is not problem to update the map? just add autoinstall. this 2024 model kuga

You do not need to add anything, just update maps, there’s a setting for a reason. I recommend reading the documentation before proceeding, keep MY20 protection enabled.
