Tried to downgrade now just black screen

I tried to downgrade my sync3 system from 3.4 build 23188 to a previous version 3.3 19052 due to some issues that I was having any trying everything to fix them. The downgrade seemed to finish fine, saw the message that said it completed and would take effect the next time it restarted and to remove the usb, as soon as I removed the usb the screen went black and never came back on. I tried soft reboot, didn’t work. Tried disconnecting negative battery terminal for 15 min, didn’t work. I can still get to the module in forscan and make changes but nothing seems to bring the screen back to life.

Odd’s are you just reformatted a 2020+ APIM and this has bricked your unit. A 2022 Explorer was never ment to have anything less than 3.4.

If you read the documentation then you know what the log is. So share it with us, it’s either on the USB or in the LOGs tab in Syn3updater.

Without that is a guessing game, and I do not like playing that game.
