Hello - trying to downgrade then upgrade to version manually using a Mac laptop. Have followed instructions to the letter but having no luck. I’ve used the configurator to try downgrading current version (stock, 3.4.23188, F8 Maps) so I can either reinstall or upgrade as I’m having trouble where SYNC3 doesn’t remember any setting when turning off ignition. I had used the Ford direct wifi access from the unit and now it’s worse than before. Have tried disconnecting battery, soft & hard resets with no luck!

Do you have a error message, if so what is it?
Various depending on version I’m trying to use - 3.4.26057 generates ERR_PKG04, 3.4.19101 generates ERR_PKG05
