Trying to update sync 3 from version 3.3 to 3.4

I was able to update from version 1.0 to 3.3 with no issue, but now when I try to update from the 3.3 to 3.4 my sync 3 is detecting the update byt displaying the message about how the vehicle mut remain on while updating. I hit okay and then nothing happens and no other message or indication comes up that the update is even taking.

Do you have a error message, if so what is it?
No error message. It detects the usb and says to keep the car on during about the update and then nothing happens.
