Update break on "Mustang screen"

I had SYNC 3.0.23219 with NAV, region EU
I have tried to make USB with CYANLABS and it made it - but very quickly.
After instalation and system reboot (abt 5 min) I can see Mustang screen and progres bar wit message ‘Insert USB stick’
Can someone help me to solve this?

Now I am on SYNC v. 3.3.19052

But, when I try to make USB with UpGrade to 3.4.23188 with maps, syn3Updater make it just for few secs, and on my USB is only one file in SyncMyRide folder.

File is named: GB5T-14G386-AB_134244.tar.gz

Nothing else.

When I insert USB in vehicle - nothing hapened.

Do you have any idea?

Meanwhile I added navigation to version 3.3.19052.

I have downloaded only app for 3.4.23188 version (with syn3Updater).

What do you think? Should I proceed with desired version or stay as it is?

It depends on how you feel about the interface or GUI. Sync 3.3 is the older look, where Sync 3.4 is a new look, different icons for some things, but a bit sleeker overall. Sync 3.4 is more up to date on the features and has better compatibility with the latest maps.

That is the interrogator utility, not the upgrade to Sync 3.4.

As you know already I installed v. 3.3.19052.

After that I have installed maps and successfully recovered my NAV.

Yesterday I made USB with sy3Updater and have tried to upgrade to v. 3.4.23188.

In Maps v. I chose “Keep existing Maps”.

During instalation I received next error:

On Forum I see:

Signature Errors (Issues caused by invalid Version.der files)
SIGN_ERR02 – Error is SIGN_HASH_VALUE_MISMATCH

but how can I solve this?

License file error. We would need to see the installation log file to know anything…

That one is the log for the Sync 3.4.23188 installation. Don’t use the PU5T-14G386-BB_1690840002000.TAR.GZ file, it is not needed and likely throwing a sign error when used on Sync 3.3.

Use the Syn3 Updater to generate a new installation autoinstall.lst file or edit the autoinstall.lst to remove the file. Renumber the list to start at 1. Like this…
