I updated my f350 from sync 3 to the 3.4 26057 . My screen is the 8 inch and the screen that came in the update it way to big. I was supposed to download the sync 3.4 23188 . Ive tried numerous times to download 23188 and install it in my truck. It will not take. At all. I keep getting an err message. Unfortunately i can’t read it being the screen is way too big. I can’t get to the rest of the screen to try a master reset either. I even tried to do the 3.3 and it won’t take either. What am i doing wrong?
