Updated from sync 3.3 firmware to 3.4 and now Fm/am stations wont change

I tried multiple things like removing the gracenotes, master reset, unplugging battery. Inserting Usb to update nav apps to latest with format needed and leaving gracenotes out. Going into forscan. Radio switch stations control on wheel wont work but does work to change songs on bluetooth and android auto. Everything else works but the radio stations. I have preset stations but they wont change unless i manually tune to a different station. i hear my touchscreen beep when i touch the different presets on my radio fm or AM it wont change it just beeps. same with Sattelite stations. Everything worked fine in 3.3 fw before i upgraded to 3.4. I did a sync 1 upgrade to sync 3 in my mustang gt 2017, this has navigation. Added satellite antena and added gps antenna all work. Got drive modes in forscan and had fixed the volume mute problem. please help lol i was ableto figure everything else out and problems with forscan and forums. thanks to the genius people here!!!

i was able to find my VIN number of my old 2016 mustang gt that i had 6 years ago. it was equiped with SYNC 3 from factory premium with satllete radio, didnt have HD radio tho, and didnt have navigatio, it did have drive modes. i found the ford asbuilt values on thier website. and comparing the 7D0 numbers some of the top bit sets are different. the thing is that now i have navigation on this sync 3 and HD radio and the old 2016 gt didnt have navigation or HD radio so im not sure which one to change or imitate.

First of all, look for DTC’s in the APIM and correct those. You should reload your asbuilt completely and master reset the APIM afterward.

To reload the asbuilt, select the LOAD ALL button on the bottom of the APIM asbuilt page, select your APIM backup file, and load that file into FORScan. Select the Write ALL button and tell FORScan to overwrite or force write the asbuilt. Once the APIM reboots, perform a master reset. This will clear out any corruption if present from the 3.4 upgrade. Test and see if there are issues and look for DTC’s.
