If you were trying to cut out the Canada and Mexico maps, it did not work. You would need to use the reformat tool to delete the existing maps.

And the xml file is corrupted or not formatted properly.

You have a 2016 F150. Has the Sync unit (APIM) been replaced or is it the original unit to the vehicle. If it is the original, you will need to use the -AB or -AC version of the APIM Interrogator Utility.

Not sure if the APIM is Original or Replaced as I just recently purchased the Vehicle. My Original Sync Ver before I updated to 3.4.21194 was 3.0.20204

So then to install All the updated NA MAPS, or the Select MAPS I should use the Advanced Option and choose Reformat.?

No, do not force reformat.

To stay on the version you are already on, 3.4.21194, you would select that version from the list and select NA 2.20 maps. This will downgrade the unit to 3.3.19052 and then reformat to the version selected, 3.4.21194. This is all automatic and will go thru 2 reboots. Do not remove the USB until the message appears to do so after the reformat process.

When you see the screen below, you can deselect the maps or nav_voice files you do not want.
