Voice command to exit Android Auto

I have a 2013 LW MkII which has been converted to Sync 3. It is running 3.4 build 23188. I am running Android Auto version 14.4.652054. My question is there a voice command that will exit Android Auto and go back to Sync 3 (i.e back to radio) I know how to exit Android Auto via the screen, but I want to use voice command (if possible) so I don’t have to take my eyes off the road while driving. Is this possible

SYNC Region: ANZ

Navigation Variant: Nav

Manufacturer Year: Pre MY20

Install Type: Retrofit

Old SYNC Version: 3.4.23188

New SYNC Version: 3.4.23188

Do you have a error message, if so what is it?
No error messages other than navigation fault sometimes when starting car, which always fixes itself within seconds if it does appear.

Update Method: CyanLabs Syn3 Updater

Syn3 Updater Version: 2.12.0.0

Thanks for that…wasn’t aware of all those voice commands.
I suppose the trick is remembering them all.

I cannot count the times I have given a voice command only to get a response beep with the reply " I don’t understand that, do you want to etc.etc…" :squinting_face_with_tongue:

Thanks, will try the applink commands.

I tried the “close android auto” command and it doesn’t work. I used to have a “exit” button in android auto but that has disappeared. I have a “Ford” button. Using that takes you back to what looks like the car sync 3 system, but android auto is still running in the background. Is there a way to get the exit button back?

That’s a phone thing. You might try and Android forum.
