Volume is very low after retrofit Sync 1 4" to Sync 3 8"

I have a 2014 C-Max hybrid with the basic package (non-sony). I have just finished installing a Sync 3 APIM and screen from a 2016 Escape donor. Everything seems to be working great even the steering wheel controls, AC controls, etc. The issue I have is the volume is very low… about half (or less) of what it should be. Even maxed out at 30, it is still pretty quiet.

I am not certain if the APIM is expecting my car to have a Sony DSP. I did check the asbuilt and I belive it is set correctly, but I would appreciate if someone could have a look and give me some suggestions.

Another note: I have not yet replaced the ACM. I am still using the one that came with my vehicle. A replacement ACM is on the way, that will properly fit into the bracket above the screen. I don’t know if this ACM will improve the sound, but I had no volume issues with my current ACM prior to the retrofit.

Here is my APIM asbuilt:

Here is the asbuilt I get from the ford website using my VIN:

This is my ACM asbuilt. This matches the asbuilt for my VIN as this is the factory ACM:

An update for anyone who may read this and try to help… I changed the ACM 272-01-01 to B850 EE00 0066 (changed from F to B) and it did not make a difference.

I have also tried adding the APIM asbuilt from several 2016 C-Maxes that came with the 8" screen without the sony package, and none of them resolved this.

I really appreciate the info on this site, as it has helped me get this far. If anyone has some advice to fix my volume issue, please let me know.
