whole mess of issues

ok so lets start from the beginning. i had sync 2 in my 2014 ford edge limited. i switched it out twice for the tesla style radio twice and threw my factory stuff away like a dingus. i finally got tired of dealing with the bugs with the tesla style radios and bought second hand factory equipment with the exception of the sync 3 upgrade. it apparently shipped from china but im ok with that because it worked. fast forward to about 2 weeks ago… i purchased a 2012 edge and decided to change the interior from it to mine since it was in much better shape. i used google ai and bing ai to “help” with the hex codes to try and get everything working right as my edge (2014) had memory seats and the 2012 set didnt. they got me to change some codes that in the end didnt work and so i reverted back to the factory ab data. well this mixed with ai started a horrible spiral of mismatch. i didnt have audio or memory seats or even mirrors that worked via the button. then i found out the module under the seat for the driver seat needed to be changed over so i did the cushions from my 2014 into both 2012 seats as well as the wiring harnesses. this brought back mirrors but not the audio or wow seats. now to 2 days ago… i was on a bit of vacation and was thinking what might have been wrong and came to the conclusion something wasnt turned on so i turned on dsp. well it still didnt work and i thought something might have been wrong in the hex coding again using google ai i went into apim, rcm (due to seat harnesses and all being changed), and acm to reboot everything. in the apim i changed a couple things based off google ai. couple things decided to finally work but some things remained and issue. like the 3 apim codes that dont match and the dsp being turned back off after i turned the dsp on. i went through every single setting and google ai claimed everything was ok until i logged into cyanlabs. i created the usb and was about to pull up the as built data that was entered per google ai and went through the steps with google ai in order to fix the mess it caused. while cyanlabs gave me to specific codes to turn things off or on i relayed these to google ai. horrible mistake i believe because i would get rid of codes then they would come back as something different. anyways all of this leads me to here to see about getting some help. i have a 2014 ford edge limited with the sync 3 retrofit, reverse camera, heated front seats, external amp, sony stereo, power mirrors, no front camera, no special front heated glass, i have left front memory seat only, no rear controls for ac all the air flows through tubes from the front, the radio has a gps dongle attached to the window, it is a v6 front wheel drive gasoline engine built in the united states. im not sure if anything is missing. if so please let me know. google told me the easiest route to go is to get a donor as built data from a 2016 ford edge with sync 3 since thats when the edge apparently had the sync 3 installed. help me out gurus! oh also the apim has nav
