Does anyone know if - just recent - a new version from 1U5T-14G421-BAG is released?
1U5T-14G421-BAG (3.2.20071) is from EU F9 maps, the latest version from EU F10 is 1U5T-14G421-BAH (3.2.20339).
HiοΌsir. Where can find CN(2.20) maps?
No link is publically known
How do I find out if the update installed all of the NA 2 2020 map update files? My ISVU only show 2 of the files?
Just run the APIM Interrogator Tool in the tools menu in the Syn3 Updater or separately in the tutorial in the Guides and Info sectionβ¦
Tutorial: APIM Interrogator Utility - Ford / Guides & Info - CyanLabs Official Community
I ran it, but it makes no mention of file versions installed in the XML file or the interrogator webpage.
The maps must be installed. Can you post the Interrogator file?
It says new users canβt upload files. The only file version it shows is the app, I donβt see any of voice, nav voice, maps, or gracenotes file versions in the file. Should the IVSU output show all the map and map voice files? Why would only 1 of each show?
Hi there.
Thanks very much indeed for yor time and effort.
Well, regarding the ROW Specifically middle east maps, when will be an update?
Best Regards,
Jaafar
No idea, i donβt chose when stuff is released.
Try again to upload the file.
At the bottom on the file, does it look like this? If so, they are all loaded. If not, you need to run the update again with maps. Downgrade to 3.3 first using the app all in one install.

I canβt downgrade to 3.3 as this is a MY20 car which came from the factory with 3.4. It originally had 1.18 NA maps, so those partitions would be there anyway, wouldnβt they? It doesnβt say which map is loaded into them, right?
It doesnβt list which version of maps is installed specifically, no. However, you seem to have a lot of free space available (~8GB) which isnβt right. For example, take your config:
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available="12M" total="1.4G" type="/fs/sd/MAP/"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available="12M" total="1.4G" type="/fs/sd/MAP/"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available="13M" total="1.4G" type="/fs/sd/MAP/"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available="10M" total="1.4G" type="/fs/sd/MAP/"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available="2.8M" total="937M" type="/fs/sd/MAP/"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available="8.5M" total="1.3G" type="/fs/sd/MAP/"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available="14M" total="1.7G" type="/fs/sd/MAP/"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available="17M" total="1.7G" type="/fs/sd/MAP/"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available="7.2M" total="1.4G" type="/fs/sd/MAP/"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available="16M" total="1.6G" type="/fs/Nuance/"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available="3.0M" total="465M" type="/fs/Nuance/"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available="5.8M" total="775M" type="/fs/Nuance/grace"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available="754M" total="1.2G" type="/fs/rwdata/"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available="30M" total="35M" type="/fs/rwdata/quip/"/>

<d2p1:PartitionHealth available="133M" total="1.4G" type="/fs/mp/"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available="8.1G" total="25G" type="/fs/images/"/>
Compare it to a properly formatted SYNC 3.4.21098 system with NA 2 20 maps:
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available="12M" total="1.4G" type="/fs/sd/MAP/"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available="12M" total="1.4G" type="/fs/sd/MAP/"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available="13M" total="1.4G" type="/fs/sd/MAP/"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available="10M" total="1.4G" type="/fs/sd/MAP/"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available="2.8M" total="937M" type="/fs/sd/MAP/"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available="8.5M" total="1.3G" type="/fs/sd/MAP/"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available="14M" total="1.7G" type="/fs/sd/MAP/"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available="17M" total="1.7G" type="/fs/sd/MAP/"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available="7.2M" total="1.4G" type="/fs/sd/MAP/"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available="16M" total="1.6G" type="/fs/Nuance/"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available="10M" total="1.1G" type="/fs/Nuance/"/>
**<d2p1:PartitionHealth available="25M" total="2.6G" type="/fs/Nuance/"/>**

You are missing a nav voice data file. Likely CAH, you can install that with just a regular autoinstall standalone and it should fix up any issues. (I am assuming you already tried the autoinstall of NA 2 20 maps)
Yes, I used the Cyanlabs autoinstall script to install all 13 files. It said it completed, but it also stated something about it finishing part 1 (or something to that affect) and maybe didnβt do install all of them. Iβm going to install CAH and then re-run the interrogator to see if anything changes. Does your ISVU show all map and voice files?
The IVSU inspector in bezel diagnostics doesnβt show all map files, even if there are more installed. Itβs best to go off of the interrogator logs.
Hereβs what I have now after installing CAHβ¦
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available=β12Mβ total=β1.4Gβ type="/fs/sd/MAP/"/>
<d2p1:PartitionHealth available=β12Mβ total=β1.4Gβ type="/fs/sd/MAP/"/>

Missing 2 NAV_Voice files. Just install all 3 with autoinstall.lst. The 465M file is system voice.
So install all 3 including the 1 I just did (CAH) plus the 391-CN system voice? Do I also have to install the map license again or no?
If you know which one is missing, you can just install that, but the xml does not list them like that. You could install one at a time.
Just install:
4U5T-14G422-CAH
4U5T-14G422-CBH
4U5T-14G422-CCH
I think the missing one is CCHβ¦so it looks like the nav_voice installation did not complete. This will fix it.
Your system voice is installed (465MB).
