Step by Step Instructions for Installtion

I’m usually not this technoligically challenged, but I’m nervous about jacking up my truck’s entertainment system. I have a 2017 F250 that has an annoying issue with incoming calls. I was told this should fix it. I downloaded everything on the thumb drive, it said it was complete and then reinserted it into my computer. I clicked on step 3 and it uploaded all of the information. Now what?

I’m not sure if I’m supposed continue down the list of all of the other items that with the associated “prepare usb”. They include removing GraceNote, creating a downgrade, creating a 2.2 upgrade, etc . . .

Can someone let me know what the next steps would be for me?
