Strange error. Update/Downgrade not working

Hi i am facing a strange error, i have downloaded latest version of sync using the application and used that pen drive to update from 19274 non nav Row. But for around 60 + minutes the system shows updation in progress. No errors and no updated msg… So i tried to update it manually, still same issue. For checking, i tried the old two pendrive installation method and when putting the first pendrive it shows updating system for long nothing else is happening. How can i solve this issue.
