I have been attempting to install the last two updated however please assist and getting errors explained and resolved when I insert my USB in my car, please assist
You are trying to use Reformat on 3.4.19274 or above, set your “Current Version” correctly.
This is exactly what happened to me, I turned off the car and when I restarted the Sync worked again.

Anyone know if this will fix the problem had in 21020 where Sirius may not work (either by pressing it on the screen or through the steering wheel menu) when starting the car? You have to turn off the vehicle and restart the car after about a minute and Sirius will come back and work fine afterwards. Happens randomly between starts, no seeming rhyme or reason that I can correlate when the problem may happen.

We are looking for confirmation that the new version 3.4.21098 will fix the SiriusXM bug. I have seen reports on other US sites that it does resolve the problem, but the problem was intermittent for those folks. You can update to 3.4.21098 and if it is still an issue, just run the update for 3.4.20351 to downgrade to that version, where there is no issue.

After upgrading Sirus just says acquiring signal and never comes up. I’ll downgrade back to the previous version…

I’ve experienced this issue on .21020 and figured out that a soft reset also restored functionality, without having to shut off the vehicle.
I may have experienced this issue on .21098 today. I can’t say for certain as I wasn’t paying attention, but I’m now keeping my eyes open for this behavior again.

I have heard that a SiriusXM update is needed to fix this, but no one has verified this. 3.4.20351 does not have this issue.
For the record, I haven’t had any Sirius XM issues on my vehicle in any version. It’s always worked immediately after starting the car. I’ve got a 2018 fusion that originally came with 3.0 so I’m also using older hardware.

I have not experienced issues either, so I’m trying to gather info on the issue for resolution.
EDIT: It looks like 3.4.21098 DOES FIX the SiriusXM issues experienced in the previous release. Install 3.4.21098, perform a master reset, then you will need to wait maybe 2 or 3 key cycles (with the vehicle completely off) and maybe a few days, but SiriusXM will return. This includes the satellite radio and Travel Link services. This is observed from a number of users from F150Forum and other US websites.
If anyone can find release notes for 3.4.21098, please post them.

this is the data information from my first car which is 32 gb , I will test it whit my other car which is 16gb but with option to keep existing map
You have plenty of storage to update the app and maps. The above is about 11GB installed.

I have an issue since 1st time i use the updater program ( which is perfect and a lot of thanks for your effort) If i select to install the map even if it is the same one i have , the program select downgrade mode and use reformat and every thing goes perfect , but if i use keep existing map then i got autoinstall mode and when i attach the usb to car I got mem_err01!!
so every time i should use downgrade and reformat? this will not affect APIM module?
