Sorry for the delay. You need to post the log file from the usb/app and if you could please run the Interrogator Tool in the Syn3 Updater app. The pictures look like you have no maps loadedโฆ
sorry AA Sub menu? is this in general settings on sync and un link my phone? or is it something else, im new to all of this.
Quick Update:
I had originally upgraded to 21098 from 21020 and lost all Sirius including radio even after a Master Reset. Rolled back to 21020 and things were โsoft-ofโ fine. Still had issues with SiriusXM Link not recognizing my subscription. Sent a new signal and still nothing. I saw in another section to just do an Apps only upgrade with 21098 to fix the SiriusXM issue. That did fix the Sirius problem, but I still had to do another refresh after the Master Reset. Now my system recognizes my subscription and all of the associated services. It has been working for a couple days, so hopefully this will stick. Apologies if others have stated this and I missed it.

From that log and the screens you showed before, I get the feeling you had a NA installation before, and now you installed ROW.
So my questions are: is the car imported?.
Did nav work before while it was 3.0?.
I had very similar problems with several different cables. Finally found one that worked for a long while (months, at least) but then it too started having problems. I was first using a Type C to Type C but had better results with a Type A to Type C.
