Sync 3.4.23188 USB hub not supported on 2016 escape

I have recently upgraded from 3.0 to 3.4. I do get the usb hub not supported warning message. Do I have to upgrade the usb port in the car to get rid of that message? If yes, do you know which part number I have to order? My car is a 2016 ford escape.

It might be a dumb question, but how do I know which one to get betweenHC3Z-19A387-B,HC3Z-19A387-D,HC3Z-19A387-E, HC3Z-19A387-F and HC3Z-19A387-G?

You’re running into superseded part numbers. HC3Z-19A387-B was superseded by HC3Z-19A387-G with all the others in the middle.
If you came over a new old stock HC3Z-19A387-B you could use it.
