That will not work, even with CP. You need to have the correct software installed for Nav, or do not install it and disable the nav in the asbuilt, and also have the correct regional settings for Sync. The Sync app does not care but the nav needs to be correct.
This could very well be a firmware issue with the APIM being that it is so old and having Sync 3.4 installed now. But if this is the original hub it will not work with Sync 3.4 correctly and will need to be replaced.
