Good afternoon everyone! After I insert the USB flash drive into the car, I receive this message. I tried to upgrade to version 3.3.19052 and tried APIM Utility, in the end the same message. Please help.

Try master resetting that usually fixes it.

What USB device did you use, there is none in the log. If you copied the files manually there could be an issue with the USB. Let the Syn3 Updater copy the files to the USB drive.
Perform a master reset first, then try the update again after the files are copied to the usb via the Syn3 Updater.
Tried it, it doesn’t help.
Files were copied directly by Sync3 Updater to usb

The log you posted indicates the files were copied to a local folder, not USB. And we can’t be sure the USB was properly formatted as ExFAT/MBR… If a master reset does not help, try another USB.
I tried all the methods given by the log, with copying to a folder.

Did you select the usb drive in the app? insert drive in the pc and refresh the drive window in the app and select the usb.
In the application, I selected both USB and the folder, the result does not change.

Thank you for reading. I noticed one thing, everyone has this problem on firmware 3.0.17276. Perhaps this is the problem. Can you try to upgrade to an earlier version?

Good observation. That is possible, but not thru the Syn3 Updater.
Are you thinking of going to an earlier version of Sync 3.0 or later? The latest Sync 3.0 is version 3.0.20204. Since you do not have navigation it will be just an app, voice, and Gracenotes installation.
The files are available in the Software Database - CyanLabs .
To go forward to 3.0.20204, use this autoinstall.lst file. Download the files and place them in a SyncMyRide folder on the usb. Place the autoinstall.lst and DONTINDX.MSA file in the root of the usb.autoinstall.lst (576 Bytes)

To go backward to 2.3.18095, use this autoinstall.lst file. Same procedure as above.autoinstall.lst (529 Bytes)

Both of these installations will reboot twice, do not remove the usb until the message indicates the installation is done and to remove the usb. Do NOT key cycle the vehicle.
