PS I excluded on purpose DAB and GRACE FILES.
Your log file looks fine. This is correct if you are not updating your maps.
What is your explanation for lines reading āfailed to validateā or āmissing or invalidā. Is it ok to ignore them?

This is just the app status as it progresses. As long as the process completes successfully, donāt worry about them unless there are issues.

I am not sure if its due to upgrading to .20282 or playing with Forscan settingsā¦
Everytime I start the car, it starts to Home screen and not to the screen I left at power off.
Iād like to make it in a way, that when I start the car it starts with Radio screen (and not Home as I hate the navi warning message, which comes with it)
any idea how to change it?
If you changed the home screen to include the heated seats, etc., this is normal behavior.
Updated from 3.4.20196 to 3.4.20282 on my 2020 Ford Focus (MY 21 according to Ford) last week using the updater. Only updated APPS as Iām aleady on the F9 maps but so far everything is working fine, even the radio logoās on DAB stations appear normally. Based in the Netherlands.

Preparing to update from 3.0 to 3.4, any issues apparent based on the following log? Noticing a lot of āmissing or invalidā lines any of this cause for concern? First time around I tried to do the install and it stuck on reformatting for a full day before I gave up. New to this, appreciate any help.

The lines you note are messages for status in the app, no issue if all files copied which is noted at the end of the log as successful.
However, the installation method is wrong which is causing the hangup. It indicates Autoinstall Forced but should be āreformatā. Recreate the installation and select REFORMAT.
How do i clear the preset so that all station that is stored is clear ? this is on a fiesta MY20 with 3.4 20282
Guys can we keep this topic purely for discussing issues with 20282, the reason we make these topics is for a quick reference for users wanting to see whats changed/broken/fixed.

Thanks for the info F150chief. I tried the reformat install before but it got stuck on āgenerating reformatā for a full day during the process, at which point I gave up. Iāll try again but is that normal?
No, sometimes it happens, just try again and usually it works.
Here we are again!
Succesfully did the upgrade from 3.4.19274 ā 3.4.20282
Unfortunately everything ran fine, BUT i came to the same problems descibed in this post:
a.k.a. ALL the voice commands to set a destination (Home, city, POI, favorites, previous dest etc) NOT working. System responds in voice saying : āThe navigation is still loading. Please try again laterā
Other commands not dealing with setting a destination (eg zoom in, show map, cancel route etc) do work.
Performing system reset did not help.
So I think either I stay with 20282 or revert to 19274 which is proven to work.
Any other ideas?

Reload your Nav Voice files. There is a procedure in the tutorial section.
